    Kyle is an active litigator before both the Grand Court and Court of Appeal of the Cayman Islands. He is also an accredited civil and commercial mediator.     Bodden v. Solomon [2008] CILR 385, [2004-05] CILR 397 – Personal injury proceedings resulting in a multi-million dollar award believed to be the second highest reported award in the Cayman Islands.

    In re Goldemberg [2008] CILR 36, [2007] CILR Note 8 – Recognition of guardianship proceedings in the Cayman Islands.

    Burton v. Honeychurch [2007] CILR 20 – concerning the position of insurers in personal injury actions where the insured defendant is deceased.

    IFS Ltd v. Britcay House Ltd [2006] CILR Note 29, [2006] Note 28, [2004-5] CILR Note 40 – Commercial dispute with interlocutory decisions concerning Mareva injunctions and appeal procedures.

    In Re Univest Multi-Strategy Fund II Ltd [2006] CILR 452, [2006] CILR Note 21 – Insolvency proceedings concerning recognition of foreign receivership.
