Since his role as Defence Counsel in the seminal “Euro Bank” trial in 2002 to 2003 (on behalf of the bank’s General Manager), Lee has practiced in the following areas of law in the Cayman Islands:
Commercial litigation, Company law litigation, Insurance litigation, Clinical Negligence (and PI cases involving serious brain injuries), Construction litigation, Fraud (criminal and civil), Drug trafficking offences (first instance and appellate), Matrimonial law (including child abduction).
Lee has appeared in some of the leading Cayman cases in these areas of law over the past 4 years. Prior to that, he practiced from Barrister’s chambers in London, England.
